So why is a Community Fee charged? This is a pre-admission fee related to the cost to evaluate, plan, orient staff and prepare for outstanding traditional support . Some of the amount is used to maintain systems such as the Vigil Monitoring System, community safety related equipment and systems, renovation of apartments and ongoing dementia related training.
